Lindsay Lohan as Cady Heron
As the new girl who went from mathlete to Plastic and back again, Lohan led the film with a performance that mirrored her early 2000s stardom.
After her breakout, she appeared in just about everything, including "Just My Luck" in 2006, followed by roles in "Georgia Rule" and "I Know Who Killed Me" in 2007. She later took on roles in "Machete" (2010) and "The Canyons" (2013).

On television, she joined the cast of "Ugly Betty," starred in the British comedy "Sick Note," and portrayed Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime biopic "Liz & Dick" in 2012.
However, after ups and downs with legal and substance abuse issues, the actress took a step back from acting for several years. Fortunately, Lohan made her comeback with the Netflix holiday film "Falling for Christmas" in 2022.

She followed it up with another romantic comedy for the streamer, "Irish Wish," in 2023. She's also set to reunite with Jamie Lee Curtis for a sequel to Disney's "Freaky Friday."
Off-screen, the "Mean Girls" star married financier Bader Shammas in 2022. The following year, she gave birth to their son, Luai, and now lives a beautiful life.

Rachel McAdams as Regina George
McAdams brought the ruthless queen bee of North Shore High to life, all while being well into her 20s at the time of filming. Afterward, her film career accelerated. She starred in "The Notebook" and "Wedding Crashers" in the mid-2000s, and later earned critical acclaim in Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris" in 2011.

Her performance in "Spotlight" led to an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2015. On television, she appeared in the second season of HBO's "True Detective." In 2022, she returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Dr. Christine Palmer in "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness."

She then took on the role of Barbara Simon's mother in the 2023 film adaptation of "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret." In April 2024, the actress made her Broadway debut in "Mary Jane." McAdams also has two children with screenwriter Jamie Linden.

Amanda Seyfried as Karen Smith
Karen Smith was blissfully clueless, and Seyfried's delivery made her unforgettable. After "Mean Girls," the actress joined the cast of "Big Love" and later starred in the musical hit "Mamma Mia!" along with its sequel.

She played Cosette in "Les Misérables" in 2012 and earned an Oscar nomination for portraying Marion Davies in David Fincher’s "Mank" in 2020.

In 2022, she won an Emmy for her portrayal of Elizabeth Holmes in the Hulu miniseries "The Dropout." In terms of her life away from the camera, Seyfried is also a Lancôme brand ambassador and shares two children with her husband, Thomas Sadoski.

Lacey Chabert as Gretchen Wieners
Best known for trying to make "fetch" happen, Chabert already had a substantial résumé before joining the cast. She voiced characters in animated films like "Anastasia" and "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride," and was a regular on "Party of Five" as Claudia Salinger.
